Umberto Fedeli leads investor group aiming to restructure Park View Federal Savings Bank (The Plain Dealer)
More than a year after he started com plaining about the manage ment and per formance of Park View Fed eral Savings Bank, business man Umberto Fedeli said Thursday that he and a group of investors want to pump up to $23 million into the Solon bank and turn it around with a new board and management team.
