MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services signalled it may upgrade molybdenum producer Thompson Creek Metals Co., citing the company's plan to issue $215 million shares and use the proceeds to repay balance of its existing first-lien term loan.
